Many teenagers get a part time job to work after school when they turn 16. This is so they can afford a vehicle, dates, and everything else they want to start doing at this age. However, most kids start wanting their own money a few years before that. There are younger kids making money doing odd and end jobs for neighbors, as well as completing tasks online.

Young teens can collect unwanted items from their home, as well as from their neighbors, and have a yard sale. An alternative to this is selling on eBay, but kids would need their parent’s assistance in creating an account. Nowadays, there are kids making money in a number of ways. Anything that others don’t care to do for themselves, such as washing the car, walking the dog, and cutting the grass, can done by young teens who cannot work. This gives them their own money, and teaches them responsibility.
